CityWide Taxi proudly operates a fleet of 90 modern, clean cars and vans through our central dispatch in our Taxi Stand on Adelade St.

There are  12  Citywide  Taxi stands in St. John's to ensure quick pick-up.

All taxi rates in the City of St. John's are set by the Municipal Government. All licenced taxis in the city have a "Flag Rate" of $3.25 and increment at $0.25 every sixth of a kilometer. There is also a charge of $0.25 every 30 seconds for "Stop Time". The City also has inspectors that verify the accuracy of every meter in every taxi, every year.

There is no additional charge for requesting a van or any special vehicle.
